  • Q . Is this the same check-in procedure as checking-in at the airport?
    A . Yes, It is. When you check-in with Easy Drop, you can get a boarding pass and drop your luggage. After that, you just go to
         the airport and take the plane directly.
  • Q . Will my bags be stored and transported safely?
    A . All luggage is sealed and held in a secure CCTV-monitored area between screening and delivery. All of our staff are subject to
         a strict interview process and comprehensive security clearance. So you can be reassured your bags are in safe hands.
  • Q . How can I pay for additional charge?
    A . Airline tickets come with a luggage allowance-some with zero allowance-and this is checked when you check-in your bag
         with easy drop. If there is an additional charge you must go to the airline counter and pay for there. In this case you can get
         boarding pass in the airline counter. We follow airline policy on excess charges.
  • Q . Is the Check-In service available on all flights?
    A . The check-in service is currently available on all flights except for flight going to Guam and Saipan. In Jamsil,
         you can check-in at least 4 hours before your scheduled flight time. In Hongdae, you can check-in at least 3 hours
         before your scheduled flight time.
  • Q . What happens if something gets damaged?
    A . We are confident of handling carefully all check-in bags when picked up and before they are handed over to your airline.
         In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your luggage is damaged in our case, you will get some compensation
         according to our policy. What if your luggage is damaged after handing over to your airline, please contact to your airlines.
  • Q . Can I use the Check-In service if I use UM service?
    A . In that case, you can't use the Easy Drop service. You should go to airline counter to go through a confirmation process
         and make out necessary documents.
  • Q . When will my luggage be delivered?
    A . Normally, We will deliver your luggage to the airline in airport at least 1 hours before your scheduled departure time
         of your flight. In the unlikely and unfortunate event like a traffic congestion it can be delay.
  • Q . Why use Easy Drop?
    A . Easy drop frees you up from heavy baggage, allowing you to make the most of your day before or after you fly. Perfect
         if you need to check out of your hotel early or head to a meeting without dragging your bag. Also allows you to use public
         transport without carrying heavy bags.
  • Q . Can I use the service if I have oversized luggage?
    A . The limit for all Airlines is 32kg therefore we cannot take bags over this weight. And, it is not possible to transport
         electric wheelchairs and expensive instruments.
  • Q . Can I save L Point or Easy-Drop membership point?
    A . It will be implemented later.
         
  • Q . Can I purchase flight ticket?
    A . No, you can't. You can purchase ticket through airline customer center or visit airline counter.
  • Q . Can you send my luggage to my hotel at my destination?
    A . It will be implemented later.
