Our Agency Parcel Delivery service allows customers to drop-off parcels at any one of our Lotte Global Logistics Warehouse at their leisure.
Our customers get the same quality, reliable logistics service as visiting delivery without waiting for the pickup.
You can dispatch your parcel at any one of our approximately 10,000 local parcel handling agent locations, including stores such as Lotte Super, Mini Stop, Korea Seven, i-baby, and cspace.

Normal parcel delivery is operated with a system where the customer calls for a pick up and wait for the delivery personnel at home. However, it is not easy for the delivery personnel to drop by at the desired time of the customer, so the customer has to wait for an uncertain amount of time.
To minimize the waiting time for your parcels to be picked, an agency parcel delivery service has been introduced. Now, you can drop your parcels off at the agency without any concerns. -
1,000 KRW discount
For small parcels delivered by agency delivery a 1,000 KRW will be deducted from regular parcel delivery prices.
