Recently, the penalty for a compliance violation has become more strict and regulations related to anti-corruption have expanded. In these business situations, executives and staff’s willingness and effort to comply with laws and regulations are essential to continue securing competitiveness and growing with partner companies. The company hereby declares to autonomously comply with the following laws and regulations on fair trade.

First, Lotte Global Logistics’ executives and staff do not commit unfair trade practices by abusing their position when trading with partner companies.
Second, Lotte Global Logistics’ executives and staff do not exchange key information including prices or unfairly collude with competitors.
Third, Lotte Global Logistics’ executives and staff do not provide or receive unfair support when trading with affiliated companies.
Forth, Lotte Global Logistics’ executives and staff do acquaint and comply with laws and regulations on fair trade and the content of the compliance handbook and also cooperate with the compliance program actively.
