Volunteer activities of executives and staff

‘Part of the salary’ system

Our executives and staff make a donation through the part of the salary system, where part of the salary are donated every month under individual consent. Using the ‘matching grant’ program, in which the company also contributes the same amount as the fund raised, we provide our neighbors in need with much greater support.

Breadmaking Activity with the Korean Red Cross

Lotte Global Logistics Charlotte Volunteer Group is making snack sets with bread and cakes at the Korean Red Cross Volunteer Work Center, and shares them with the local community by delivering them to local child centers and welfare centers.

Support for the underprivileged

Expense Paid for Cochlear Implant Surgery for Children with Hearing Impairment

Lotte Global Logistics Charlotte Volunteer Group signed an agreement with the Snail of Love Foundation and is delivering the voice of hope by sponsoring cochlear implant surgeries for children with hearing impairment.

Material support for underprivileged children

We provide commodities for underprivileged children with the “Save the Children.” Kits consisting of children’s favorite items and necessary items are delivered to children through “Lotte Delivery Service” on Christmas and Children’s Day. This support has become a more meaningful activity with the fund from the part of the salary system.

Connection to the logistics industry

Free delivery service

When providing goods for special disaster areas and the underprivileged, we offer a free service from “gathering of goods” to “delivery” all over the country by using our delivery infrastructure. Lotte Delivery Service will always be with those who need help.

Donation of unclassified freight

We donate unclassified freight, which has been stored for a certain period of time in logistics terminals, to “Beautiful Store”, a non-profit organization. Available freight are sold to customers at a low price after going through a sorting process. Profits from the sale of the freight are spent on various projects for the underprivileged.
