Your valuable reports and feedback are always welcome.
The Ethics HOT-LINE is a system through which all stakeholders—including Lotte Global Logistics employees, partner company staff, and customers—can report inappropriate conduct or suggest improvements to current practices and policies from an ethical perspective.
Matters Subject to Reporting1. Receiving money, entertainment, gifts, or other favors from stakeholders
2. Using one’s position to pursue personal or third-party interests or to cause damage to the company
3. Hindering fair business conduct by soliciting or mediating for personal or third-party gain
4. Disrupting fair trade practices through coercive terms, collusion, or similar means
5. Engaging in accounting fraud such as violations of internal accounting control regulations
6. Deliberate dereliction of duties
7. Any other acts that violate company regulations or applicable laws Confidentiality Guaranteed
All reports are examined confidentially under strict security measures. Safeguards such as confidentiality and protection of identity are in place to ensure that whistleblowers (or proposers) can submit reports with confidence. However, baseless slander or malicious reporting is strongly discouraged. The submitter’s identity may either be disclosed or remain anonymous. Anonymous reporters are encouraged to provide clear factual grounds and details with minimal ambiguity. Reports that fail to meet the necessary criteria may be excluded from examination. No information that could imply the identity of the submitter will be disclosed without their consent. (Where the submitter is a Lotte Global Logistics employee, confidentiality and identity protection are guaranteed under the internal reporting policy, and liability may be mitigated for self-reported matters in which the employee is involved.)
